I own two other e-bikes and made mistakes . Did a lot of research before I made the purchase . After receiving the bike and did the easy assemble found top quality parts and a great well made bike. took the bike out multiple times very happy with the purchase! unbelievable torque and great distance on a charge. Big shout out to Mitch at redbowco.ca for all his help very helpful and knowledgeable in the product .
